Painting Methods and Materials, RISD Painting Department, Providence RI | 2018
Course provided me with the foundation for a painting practice that involves both traditional and contemporary painting methods. Introduced to a variety of topics including preparation processes for both canvas and wood panels, sizes and grounds, drying oils, modern alkyd resins and acrylics, pigments, solvents, and different painting procedures. Additionally, I obtained a deeper understanding of colour theory. 

Painting II, RISD Painting Department, Providence RI | 2018
Further investigated the  language of the painting discipline. Challenged to focus on the plastic and formal considerations necessary to make work that will become an increasingly personal statement.

Intro to Computer Animation, RISD Film Animation Video Department, Providence RI | 2018
Introduced to a verity of techniques and programs on the computer used to create animation. Emphasis on exploration and experimentation within the topics of hand drawn non-computer originated animation, cut out animation, computer generated drawn animation, rotoscoping, and sound design.


Co-Works Research Lab | Peer Tutors
RISD | Providence, RI | Summer 2019 - Present 
Co-Works is a lab dedicated to the development of experimental courses and interdisciplinary research initiatives for artists and designers of all backgrounds. Peer Tutors are responsible for helping to teach Co-Works courses, supervising equipment use, and troubleshooting technical challenges and software. 

RISD Continuing Education | Teaching Assistant
RISD | Providence, RI | Summer 2019
Helped to teach weekly art and design classes for the RISD Young Artists program. Responsible for assisting the teacher with the organization of each class, motivating students and helping them to better understand the course content. The types of weekly classes include painting, figure drawing, explorations in drawing, claymation, architectural design, and landscape design. 

RISD Exhibitions Office | Gallery Monitor
RISD | Providence, RI | January 2019 – September 2019
Monitor for multiple gallery spaces at RISD including Woods-Garry, Sol Koffler, and the Gelman gallery. Responsibilities include opening and close gallery spaces, connecting visitors interested in purchasing artwork with the artist, answering phone calls and providing information about current and future exhibitions. 

Camp Kandalore | Social Media Coordinator
Algonquin Highlands, On. Canada | 2018
Head photographer and manager of the social media sites for Camp Kandalore in the summer of 2018. Job involved daily photography of the Camp’s activities, managing of the Camp’s official Facebook and Instagram profiles, collection of visual media for newsletters and promotional material and organization of all the Camp’s visual media.

Commissioned to design the holiday and birthday cards that the Camp uses to keep in contact with their campers and their families. 

Nuit Bleue Art Festival | Designer of promotional material
Upper Canada College | Toronto On. Canada | 2015 – 2016 
Selected to do graphic design work for the Nuit Bleue Art fair at Upper Canada College in both 2015 and 2016. Designed the posters, programs and website headers for the event.
